Year-round Cabins and 5-Plex Units

CABIN AND 5-PLEX RENTAL POLICIES
 

1.    Check out is 11 am. Arrangements can be made the day prior to departure for extended stays until 2 pm for a $50 surcharge subject to availability.

2.   NO PETS allowed in or around cabins and 5-plex units/building. Exception will be made in accordance with the Human Rights Code respecting "Working Animals". Proof of "working" status may be required. 

3.   All guests and visitors will observe and respect the 15 km speed limit within the roadways of the Resort.

4.   Guests will not cut any branches or otherwise make deliberate effort to harm trees or plants within the surrounding environment.

5.   All cabins and 5-plex units are designated NON-SMOKING. Smoking is allowed outside, but please dispose of your butts in the appropriate container.

6.   Help us conserve water. No vehicle washing permitted. 

7.   The cabins' Propane BBQs and hot tubs are available for cabin guests and your enjoyment and relaxation. Please use them with caution and care.

8.   Upon departure, please leave your cabin or 5-plex unit clean and tidy. Wash, dry and store dishes, gather garbage and dispose in bins provided. Scrub out cabin BBQ.

9.   Anyone behaving in an unacceptable manner will be requested to vacate the property immediately. NO REFUNDS.

10.   All cabins and 5-plex units are "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK". 

 

 HOT TUB USAGE
 

All cabin guests intending to enjoy the hot tub are required to shower before entering. By showering, any body oil, lotions, & bug repellant, dead skin cells, deodorants and bacteria will be removed to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.  Please help us keep the hot tub water clean and clear for your personal use and the next guest checking into the cabin.   This will help us to keep our maintenance costs of the hot tubs at an acceptable level. Any neglect requiring the  cleaning of the hot tub will result in a $100 CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD, which will cover the cost of labour and chemicals used to clean and prepare the hot tub to the acceptable health standards.

HOUSEKEEPING​

​

We offer light housekeeping services, which means, we will come in and clean once you have checked out. Should you require clean linen or towels, you need only to give us a call and we can drop this off at your unit.

SMOKING​

​

Due to the need to respect others with allergies, all of our cabins are designated as NON SMOKING. This pertains  to all tobacco products, vaping and all cannabis related products. Smoking is  permited only in areas clearly marked and/or designated for this purpose. A $200 surcharge for purification purposes will result if smoking occurs in the cabins or 5-plex units during your stay.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am.

 

All non-guests and your visitors will be required to leave by 11pm. If it is your intention to party and partake in activity that will disturb the peace, enjoyment, and sense of safety of others, we would request that you seek another destination for your pleasure. Anyone causing a disturbance will be requested to vacate the Property immediately.

PETS - CABINS & 5-PLEX POLICY​

No pets are allowed in or around cabins or the 5-plex units/building.  Authorized 'working' pets (ie: seeing eye dogs) are exempt - proof of pet's  'working' status may be required at time of check-in.
